Our Matter-Center for Office 365 solution is built for Microsoft Office 365 (Business Premium edition or above) and Office 2016. Each user needs to be licensed and already using these for Matter-Center to work.

This Matter-Center service is no longer provided direct to end users, your favourite Microsoft legal system integrator will be able to deliver this service.
Subject to the Matter-Center subscription agreement terms of service (TOS)
Services
The subscription fee includes our application service hosting and management with maintenance releases, functional updates and technical escalation support. We do not offer direct support or management of your Office 365 environment.
The setup fee covers the managed solution delivery including configuration, import of practice management reference data, and technical education for application administration and import scripting for existing content.
People/process change, complex content migrations or deep PMS integration would require a separate engagement with a Matter-Center consulting partner.

5,000 active client accounts with 25 Terabytes of content
50,000 inactive client accounts with 25 Terabytes of content
5,000 matters/cases per client account
5,000 content files per matter/case
With Microsoft Office 365 Business Premium up to 300 internal users
With Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise up to 500,000 internal users
99.9% up-time (defined by Microsoft Office 365 service level availability)
